YPS’ians DAGHANG Salamat, DAVAO!
YPS’ians DAGHANG Salamat, DAVAO!

Minsan nalulumbay aming pusong tigang,

Sa kasalukuyang kalagayan natin nasaan ang sinasaad sa batas na “the state recognizes the vital role of the youth in the nation building and shall promote and protect their physical, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being” Art. 11 Sec. 13.
Nakakatuwang isipin sa kabila ng lahat na may batas na nagbibigay ng proteksyon dito sa ilalim ng Art. 111 Sec. 14 nakasaad dito “no law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances” mali bang manawagan ka?
Samakatuwid, balewala na ang Art. 11 Sec. 23 “the state shall encourage non-governmental, community based or sectoral organization that promote the wefare of the nation” para saan ba ang kanilang ginagawa?
